Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a live arrival guarantee for all plants. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or a video of the plant. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind or Cancellation

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been shipped. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately; however, cancellations can only be processed before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or a video of the issue. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation. We will assess the condition of the plant and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Charges

Import duties or taxes, are non-refundable.
