At PlantsBring, we’re committed to ensuring your plants arrive in the best condition. Here’s our Live Arrival Guarantee, which applies free of charge (excluding shipping fees), subject to the following conditions:

  1. Compliance with Import Regulations: You must meet all import requirements set by your local authorities or the courier service, including timely provision of necessary information and payment of any duties, fees, or surcharges.
  2. Accurate Shipping Information: Provide us with the correct delivery address and contact details, including a mobile phone number and email. Please note, shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.
  3. First Delivery Attempt: The plant(s) must be received or picked up on the first delivery attempt. It’s your responsibility to track your package and ensure you’re available. Failure to receive on the first attempt may void the guarantee if this leads to a delay in delivery.
  4. Immediate Reporting of Issues: Should there be any issues with the condition of your plant(s), you must send us clear photos and a video of the plant(s) within 24 hours of receipt. Include the plant’s name and describe the issues in the video.
  5. Proper Care Post-Delivery: Follow our provided care instructions for plant(s) during and immediately after transit. We might ask questions to ensure these guidelines were followed.

Our Guarantee:

If your plant(s) arrives with issues not attributable to your actions, you will get a full refund to your original method of payment.

Important Notes:

This guarantee is for issues that arise during shipping and are not related to care after the first 24 hours post-delivery. We aim to provide the highest quality plant(s), and this guarantee underscores our commitment to your satisfaction. We believe in our products and will bear the cost of returns to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
